Is your computer freaking out or giving you ominous signs? Take slow deep breaths. Ok, it is not usually as bad as it seems. I promise. Have you restarted the computer? You would be amazed at how many problems that will fix. 

If it doesn’t seem like you can shut down your computer the usual way, then you can force it off by holding the start button down with your finger for 10 seconds. Also, if you computer is not starting at all, please do this 10 second thing and then try to restart it before emailing. Many computers that seem broken are just stuck in sleep mode.

Fast. Affordable. QUICK!
